Delivery

Online orders are delivered by courier, anywhere in South Africa. Standard delivery takes 5 to 7 working days; outlying areas can take a little longer. The delivery cost shows at checkout once you add your address.

You can track your order from My account, and the courier will send you updates by SMS and email.

Rather buy in store?

Pop in at Palm Court Mica and buy over the counter. Stock and prices in store can differ from the online shop, so call ahead for big items.

Returns

Changed your mind? You can return unused items in their original packaging within 7 days of delivery. Contact us with your order number and we will arrange the return.

Paint tinted to order, items cut to size and other custom products can’t come back unless they are faulty. Faulty goods are covered by the Consumer Protection Act, and your rights under it are not affected.

Bought in store?

Bring it back to Palm Court Mica with your till slip.
